Adrián Sánchez

Predoctoral researcher

Adrián graduated in Biotechnology at Pablo de Olavide’s University in 2023 and during the process he did an internship in Tübingen’s University with the “ERASMUS Program” funded by the European Commission.  Then, he completed a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Research at Seville’s University. Currently, Adrian is performing his doctoral thesis under Prof. Irati Garmendia and Prof. Maria M. Caffarel supervision in the Lung Cancer Group at Biogipuzkoa Health Research Institute (IIS Biogipuzkoa). Adrian obtained the predoctoral fellowship funded by “Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer” in a project which focuses on the role of MyD88 protein in lung cancer progression and tumor-associated inflammation.
